I see everypoint,

-the name of the file is correct

-the pnach is in the directory cheats inside the pcsx2

-& finally, the pnach is in Unicode

Everything it's ok, so, here i take a pictures of the sistem, to you look if anything is wrong, including the format of the cheats

Kingdom Hearts: Final Mix [NTSC-J]
Level 1 Rebalance Patch

This is a patch designed for people who were not satisfied with the way Square Enix butchered the level 1 challenge in KH 1.5 HD ReMIX.

Instructions are in the readme.
This patch is meant to be used As-Is and should not be modified outside of what is outlined in the instructions, and disabling or enabling NTSC-U/C controls.
If you wish to use actual cheats, use them normally instead of modifying the balance of this patch.

EDIT: Working out some glitches related to aladdin giving you ridiculous defence.

EDIT: Some serious updating has happened and we are currently on version 3.2. When we figure out how to fix a couple of the big issues, version 4.0 will be released.

Can someone post pnach codes for Dragon Quest VIII CRC:[F4715852] for 1)Infinite HP/Never take damage (the code in the OP only has Infinite MP), 2) One-hit kill, and 3) Gain 100 Tension in one turn? Please and thank you! I looked up codes on codetwink and tried to convert them to pnach using CB2crypt from redlof's newb guide for converting codebreaker codes to pnach, but none of them worked....NONE OF THEM!!... The non-working codes that I tried to convert (maybe erroneously) are here, if anyone can point out what I did wrong that would be appreciated:
