My PAL Codes works for NTSC Version as well ? Interesting, reminds me of Burnout Dominator Patches.

they worked for me (disable black bars and blur)

can you disable blur for Manhunt (SLUS_208.27) later?  maybe? heee

I don't have Manhunt, SLUS_208.27.Can you upload the ELF File ? It's on the root of your Game Disc.
It should have the denotation something like SLUS_208.27 and is about 4MB.

Edit: OK, i tried something but these are untested NTSC Codes and i give no guarantee.You can report back if they are working or not.

I did some preparatory Work on the PAL Version Weeks ago that helped me now with the NTSC ELF File.

so black border removal works! by simply adding the patch contents into my US pnach contents, it indeed works on NTSC version

BUT still get low rez transparency issues at the bottom and top quarter of the screen switching to top or bottom during the scene, right above where the black bar would be at the bottom or top, easiest would be to simply start a new game to see this in action in the trish intro btw, you wouldnt be able to manage a fix for this issue would be killer

also what does Disable World Renderer do? and Disable Light Enhancement through Cathedral Windows> sounds like a downgrade , and what about / Enhance World, Rooms & Character Brightness

and one more if possible, think you could manage to make a instant DT Weapons switcher for alastor and ifrit that works while DT is active or in Air ...and include the fully unlocked sparda with effects , so dante has 3 quick swap weapons, but if possible make it up to the user to either have ifrit and alastor like in vanilla or with the full unlocked sparda also included , would be neat and be more in line with more current dmc iterations, hope this one is possible been wanting that ever since the game released and only had the ability to quick swap between ifrit and alastor , albeit only during standing perfectly still , making it useless for fluid combo chaining, also if possible to allow for 2x air hike... like in dmc3, but for all DTs, meaning ifrit , alastor and Sparda fully unlocked, would be very welcomed

also if possible disable the blur effects on dante while in DT , and as final one for now a LDK+DMd=D+instant DT Enemys cheat , so we get 4x the enemy spawns and also have bosses get additional backup , all while in DMD Difficulty and being Instantly in DT

and for a good bro , hed like to have a big head mode if possible , i know , but whatever lol

If you want Body Shadow you can comment the patch line out with these // Symbols.
But i prefer not to have Body Shadow on the Ground.
just wanted your angle on it why youd want that , thanks for the explanation on that
