I don't have any codes, however, you can adjust the brightness, contrast, and saturation within PCSX2 currently.

Thank you for your reply. But I play on the real hardware, so I usually adjust the brightness and contrast directly on my TV.
Actually, I'm looking for this code more for convenience, like auto-widescreen or auto-progressive mode in some threads

I didn't play through the whole game, just the first stage and let it run through the attract mode demos. Seems to work fine. I tested with PCSX2 1.6 and the most recent nightly as of 10/21/22. FYI most if not all the cutscenes are FMVs, that were recorded with the original's interlaced game play, so those are not going to be affected.
