workaround: press start in gameplay for effects reappear or change to SW with F9 then back to HW, in cutscenes press F9 before cut start then back to HW !!
- Europe version NTSC 60hz code works ok gameplay speed match other editions, but some videos and cutscenes has crash-audio dsync, require audio sync code/hack (code not available untill find better solution)
- subtitle captions are blurry because low resolution fonts - textures

[s]-JAPAN and Europe version only share addresses for "no interleacing values codeblock" maybe this "codeblock" works for
USA version too, but other codeblocks need to be ported. ported* UPDATED May 18 2021.
Game tested to 4 level with no crash or problems (still no fully tested); about removing all post-effects
it will make game pale (almost like pc/other ports), game pass differents effects values per each cut-scene/scenario,
camera position, etc configured by original programmers, so i guessing why other ports are missing/wrong/guessing a lot of this effects,

still i hope a remake by Hideaki Itsuno and team for make good port to new consoles/pc,
but if you want to test no effects look in PCSX forums "cheats thread" a code available there; apart, i still looking for info
to port "style switcher mod" but no info are available "the old PCSX2 code from sepertiem is missing from web".
