Note: I put a second patch at 30/25fps to reverting because there is some storylines scene like at the fight tutorial when more NPC came to the room that never happen when you use 60fps patch so you have to reverting to normal fps to that storylines happens and you can go on and a few NPC still double speed, so that's it for now

Unlocked at 50/60FPS. It only remains to reduce the speed in the menu that does not affect the gameplay. I thought I found a value that reduces it by 3F800000 but when I checked again nothing changed. If I find it, I'll update this post.
