Aeon Flux (PAL-M) SLES-54169 761CABB3
SLES-54169_761CABB3.pnach

Unlocked at 50 FPS. Need enable 300% EE Overclock to be stable.
Alien Hominid (PAL-M) SLES-53139 14274DC3
SLES-53139_14274DC3.pnach
Forces progressive scan mode 480p at startup. Keeps resolution and speed the same

Transformers - The Game (PAL-E) SLES-54755 2609B672 - Valid for NTSC-U
SLES-54755_2609B672.pnach

Transformers - The Game (PAL-S-F) SLES-54756 F453BCD9
SLES-54756_F453BCD9.pnach

Transformers (PAL-M) SLES-52388 E845F252
SLES-52388_E845F252.pnach

  Unlocked at 50fps

In Transformers SLES-52388, with the current version 1.7.5139 it is not optimized. Enabling EE cycle skipping improves stability a bit. Even so, I have made sure that the values change at the right time to establish the correct speed, both at 50 and 60hz
Max Payne (PAL-M) SLES-50326 52E0597D secondary C669B63C
SLES-50326_C669B63C.pnach

This was one of my requests when entering the forum and who was going to say that I would do it myself, I am very happy with the result.
Unlocked progressive scan mode 480p at 60fps. I have been correcting everything as I have played it.

Note: I have played again from start to finish enabling the EE overclock to 300% without errors, I have also corrected the secret level which was what I had left. Another one to enjoy as it deserves.
Disney-Pixar Toy Story 3 (PAL-M) SLES-55622 EA6A9029
SLES-55622_EA6A9029.pnach

Unlocked progressive scan mode 480p at 60 fps. Maintains speed the same as at 50

Primal has Cutsceens, but no FMV's - yes?
Also, a speed fix for the trees (if nothing else) seems to be needed,
or would at least improve things (if you're up for it).

If there is fmv, there are 2 at the beginning with the Dolby digital logos, if you look when you unlock the fps they do not play in full and the first scene when you click on new game goes at double the speed, with that code it is fixed. I'll check the trees.

Edit: What trees are you referring to?. The ones at the beginning seem to go at the same speed as 30fps. When I looked closely at this I realized that the snow falls twice as fast, (really if you don't pay attention it goes unnoticed) the speed is in the direction 0048883C but it is the global parameter so unless something more serious is found It's better to leave it like this, although I'll see if I can find something for the snow

Since I don't have an advanced game I still can't check if it always runs at 50fps but the principle works perfectly.

I have a mid-game save, and also did a couple of quick runs to different locations from the start:

↓ run to Shadowmire from start ↓
In-engine intro cutscene - 50 FPS
Surdana (game start) - 50 FPS
Shadowmire - 50 FPS
Surdana (immediately returned from Shadowmire) - 25 FPS
Shadowmire (re-entered) - 25 FPS

-----

↓ run to Inquisitor's Lair (cave under town, behind waterfall) from start ↓
In-engine intro cutscene - 50 FPS
Surdana (game start) - 50 FPS
Inquisitor's Lair - 25 FPS
Surdana (immediately returned from Inquisitor's Lair)  - 25 FPS
Inquisitor's Lair (re-entered) -  25 FPS

-----

↓ not tested ↓
Catacombs / return to Surdana
City of the Damned / return to Surdana
Andrellian Isles (arrived from Surdana)
Crystal Mines / return to Isles
Ravenshold (arrived from Isles)

-----

↓ tested from mid-game save ↓
Surdana (returned from Ravenshold via gateway) - 25 FPS
Ravenshold (returned from Surdana via gateway) - 50 FPS
Surdana (returned from Ravenshold via gateway, again) - 25 FPS

-----

In-game cutscenes and short loading screens (entering buildings in town, etc.) seem to maintain 50 FPS fine.
