Search for 41F00000(30.0f), there are only four of them and only the first has a 1E(30) beside it. That's the fps changer. It makes his effect only on level restart or game restart.
This makes the water fountain fail to activate properly in level 4 after arranging the pipes correctly preventing progress, works fine with the code disabled.
Just posting incase anyone else encountered this, it confused me for a while.
Hype: The Time Quest has been fixed, but the game only runs at 25 FPS (the game only came out in Europe for the PS2), could the game be patched at 50/60 FPS?
