Unlocked fps.
Mortal Kombat - Shaolin Monks (Europe) (En,Fr,De,Es,It)

-Enable native NTSC60hz\60fps
-Experimental full frame buffer for gameplay -(bettter quality) (check "patches" option in PCSX2-QT)

Debugging this game in the interlaced thread was a pain and in the end nothing can be done, after a year learning  mips finally find function pass parameters if field mode or full frame mode,  also find instructions call USA parameters for NTSC60hz mode (unlocking all maybe you should see mortal kombat ii load but this was removed from europe version = would crash or do nothing) the full framebuffer extend vertical resolution to 448 (instead default 224) and bonus call the sharp backbuffer = less blurry; still is experimental and i leave menus in field mode 640x224 because looks better with interlaced option enabled and menus have not find the functions (if exist) some bugs related to 2d assets you will see.

also bonus Silent Hill 4 - The Room (Korea) (En,Ko) - Multilanguage unlock En,Es,Jp,Ko,It,De,Fr but this is the 60fps thread so check my signature list for pnach file

Hello there Peter! First I want to thank you for all your work. I really hate to bother you, but I was wondering if you can help me out getting 60fps codes for True Crime Streets of LA (SLUS-20550 EB7854F1), True Crime New York City (SLUS-21106 42A9C4EC) and Scarface The World Is Yours (SLUS-21111 41F4A178) . I found the codes on this thread, but they don't seem to work. I also have the special edition of GTA San Andreas (SLUS-20946 2C6BE434) and I cant find the 60fps codes here. I would much appreciate it. Thank you Smile

Bro all code works but sometimes I don't know why but your CRC changed and you have to check what CRC your game is using, to check this you have to press ESC and in this pause menu look down at game information but make sure that you do this in gameplay because this kind of chance happens at the gameplay, check CRC and make sure that you pnach have the same CRC if don't you just rename it

Yeah, I just figured that out earlier. So confusing lol. I could still use a 60 fps code for the Special Edition of San Andreas, though.

Well, I can't make this port now because I haven't this version at my hand right now and Peter is enjoy holidays with his family but if you like I can teach you how to do this because GTA games are pretty easy to find fps addresses. Just follow my lead:

As we know  GTA San Andrea (USA) use 006678CC with value 10000002  in Gameplay so we this information we can easily make a port so:

- run your game and make sure that you are in gameplay
- Go to debug tag (if you don't see it go to tools tag and check Show Advance Setting) and Open Debugger now in this window go to memory search tag in value put 10000002, type select 4 bytes (32 bits) and finally click Search, there are so many addresses but you focus on those that looks similar 006678CC maybe 0066XXCC so try those addresses in your pnach and replace value with 00000001, try and let me know

I've tried my best, but it's difficult to convert from US to JP.
SLPM-65488 GTA Vice City FA2726BE
SLPM-65382 GTA3 B65C316F
Is 60fps difficult for this?

No at all, you can do this but you have to know original values and addresses of this Gta games if you know that information you can make a port easily with this method
