Note: finally my first native fps, with this big update now Syphon Filter PAL have 3 patches, my older 50fps forced, 50fps native and 60fps native through HDTV 720p Mode, this game like others hang at FMVs videos in this mode so I made a couple of conditional addresses that automatic return to PAL when a FMVs is played so you don't have to worry for hang, please enjoy testing. Native fps, YES BABY lol

can you try up 50fps to 60fps in this games

Hey palm find speed in racing games is easy they use floating, I got this game in NTSC and the address for cars speed is 00350588 with value 3c888889 so, you can do a port but searching 3ca3d70a then you most change to 3c888889 to fix speed but now we have to solve timer speed hahaha
