Scarface - The World is Yours (PAL-M) now with 60fps + progressive scan HDTV 720p, this is rare but this progressive mode help to preserve native resolution, no vertical stretch at all and rise up to 60fps, it's looking good but you be my guest for testing

Note: well as you know 60fps is better than 50fps, so, I was able to break this limitation, I'm practicing with a lot titles that are limited to 50fps, PAL version limitations, here my first title to be exposed for test, so be my guest for testing, it's looking good. Update: Corrected speed on all circuits with each car we choose, both at 480p and 1080i. All that remains is to locate the exact speed of the AI, I have left it approximate.

Hello I was going to ask I used the 60fps code for midnight club 2 but the thing is when I'm racing and there's a lot of stuff on my screen like cars and street racer opponents some reason the game runs slowly it goes down to 45 fps and then goes back up to 60fps when there's not a lot going on my screen is there anyway you know how to fix this.

From what you describe, I don't think it's a patch issue, because the pal version works perfectly for me. Try lowering the internal resolution to x2 in graphics or enabling EE Overclock to 130%

I've done both things you said it it's still not working could it be to do with my PC performance.
