The ATI will be enough for the resolution you want, although 2,8 Ghz will give you slowdowns in these games. If you can overclock it at about 3,6 Ghz or around there it will have no problems

I don't know about 1920x1080, but at native you should easily have full speed

So this means that the EMU uses GPU? That's great. Unlike Dolphin which needs a Dual Core CPU at 4 GHz to Run games in good speed.
Also it's cool that you guys are at least active. On Dolphin forums I don't get a reply in Days.
And the OC is the problem for me. I can OC it to 3,2 GHz using an Application but I don't know anything about Overclocking and I'm worried it might harm my CPU

Well the Point of an EMU is to go beyond the Original Console's Limitations, if I wanted Native Ress I'd just play on my PS2.
But what about 1280x720?

Granted, for some seeing things in HD is important. for me there's other drawins for pcsx2. Two of which is on-the-fly cheating, and increased speed (sometimes). as far as non-native resolutions all I can say is try it and see.
The 5970 is a top tier class graphics card, it will definitely be able to pull off 1280x720 with these games (mind you, you can use any kind of resolution, not just the ones your monitor supports since it will get stretched/shrink ed to your monitor's res anyway so 1400x1400 is valid too). 1920x1080 could be pushing it and you may have slowdowns in certain areas but even if you do you can always use something a bit lower and be fine.

Alright. But I'm having a bit of a Problem here. It wants some Bios or something to Run. What now? Is this normal?
That would be illegal so no I can't, asking about it is also against our rules here. BIOS are not the same, there are different versions are regions but even if you did get the exact same one as the one in your console, it would still be illegal because it wouldn't be from your own console.
Will a radeon 4850 or gts 250 be ok for 1366x768 res?
