Yeah it uses socket AM3 which the motherboard has, although that board is miniATX, which means is designed for a small tower and won't have much space for stuff. Is it the one you want?
Well, I wanted to buy a Antec 200 Two Hundred and it says I can put a ATX, Micro ATX or Mini ITX motherboard.. what's the difference between Mini ATX and Mini ITX ?
ATX: 12" x 9.6"
microATX: 9.6" x 9.6"
Mini-ITX: 6.7" x 6.7"
Don't think there's a Mini ATX. That board is a microATX. Given that microATX is shorter than regular ATX, it has less expansion slots and is a bit more cramped. If you're using a big case anyway, might as well use a regular ATX board.
Ah kk ! If I take a motherboard with crossfirex multi gpu support, will it boost my performance with the onboard gpu (Radeon 3000) with my own video card (Radeon HD 5770) ? And if so, is the difference noticeable ? Thks in advance !!
PCSX2 takes 0 advantage of crossfire/SLI graphics card, it only uses one. I guess in PC games you will see some speed increase but not worth the extra money if you ask me

Your processor is on the slow side (remember PCSX2 will only take advantage of 2 cores) so this will limit you. If you can overclock it to about 3 Ghz, your speeds will be good for many games.
Also since you don't have Vista or Win 7 you will not be able to take advantage of DirectX10 GSdx functions which gives large speed boosts and bug fixes compared to DirectX 9 even if your 8800 supports it.
