I'm assuming integrated graphics.
So the answer is: So-so
Good with some games, bad with others.
Its a GT 740m, even then Intel IGPs are pretty good now.

Yeah. But the Intel IGP are also limited by DDR3 bandwidth, and PCSX2 likes it's memory bandwidth.
That GPU is so-so. My best guess is you should be able to play about 80% of things on native resolution. Some easier ones you will be able to play at higher resolution. That GPU shouldn't hold you back much, but it won't excel either. What will hold you back is the nature of laptops themselves.
Remember to set power plan to high performance and run while plugged in and you should do pretty well.
so um im not sure not completely but how is my specs for this i dont rlly understand that much about computers to know how they meet up to what u said i cant get the pcsx2 1.0.0 past 10fps normally

A lot of games will be slow but it really depends on what you want to play.
Because it's far too slow. You aren't gonna run any games at full speed on that, unfortunately.

The single threaded performance of an ivy bridge processor beats all three of that phenoms cores at once(i.e. the total performance of that phenom is less than a single IB core).
You might run some 2d stuff... that's it.

been trying soul caliber,kh mostly

Holy crap your right one core on my cpu beats that cpu using all three of its cores. KH1 should still be fine on that but the lack of a gpu will kill any chance of that. So yeah running games on that pc is going to be almost impossible except for some 2d stuff.

That phenom single thread performance is less than my old AMD Athlon 64 3700+ with it's overclock.(phenom = 661, my old proc = 649@ stock, and I had a 20% OC on mine)
And I could only barely manage 2d games with that.
The machine is just far from ideal
i run ff14 perfectly the new one ~_~ load stone on this labtop

#1 - I almost guarantee you run that at really low settings, as I was in the beta for it and had a better machine than you(not this machine, a different one) and had to use VERY low settings.
#2 Emulation is not really comparable to standard PC gaming.
