The clockspeed alone doesn't matter , there are lot of other features for deciding it's power.
Example:- architecture of the processor, model name etc...
if you're looking for a laptop for playing games using pcsx2, I would at least recommend
this one.

My computer surpasses the recommendations, and yet I can't get anything running above 20 frames per second. Help?

GPU is AMD Radeon HD 6770M
RAM is 16GB
