I don't know how to OC my CPU and considering it's using a stock cooler (ATM) I don't think it'd be wise to.
I also only just built this computer and I had to use a 4pin in the 8pin, but the manual said it was fine if the PSU supports it, which it does. I don't know if it lowers the power of the CPU or anything.
It does effect your ability to overclock, I know I had a lesser power supply that only had a 4-pin as well. With my bronze rated 650w PSU I was able to push my overclock a bit higher, in fact if I felt like "pushing it" I feel pretty confident I could hit 4.7-4.8ghz... I just don't feel comfortable pushing my voltages above 1.5v ("recommended" max voltage is 1.55).
Ape Escape 3 has areas where it does slow down depending on CPU speed, understand too that while you're using a stock fan, it was designed to allow for moderate overclocking (that is what Turbo Boost essentially is) so it may be possible to get a bit more out of your system, but I agree not much point in pushing it with a stock cooler.
They are essentially the same PC with the sams club one having a bigger hard drive. It's hardly an ideal PC for PCSX2 since a dual core... but you're not likely to find a better laptop for PCSX2 in that price range (intel equivalent may be slightly better on CPU, but will fall on GPU so it comes up as a wash since neither sell quads in that range)
Will it be able to run fine though?

To be more specific, it'll depend on what games you want to play. PCSX2 is very intensive... it's why there are games on even $3000 desktops that can't be played correctly or at full speed. You're going to be very limited by comparison with a $500 laptop.
All I really wanna play is ff12 izjs and kh2 fm
I decided to lower my budget for building a computer because I literally need one now, so how are these specs for FFX, FFX-2, KH2 FM, KH1, and some 2D games I have? I will be playing at 720p and then when I upgrade these parts soon I will play at 1080p (i5-2500, GTX 660 Ti)
CPU: Intel Pentium Dual Core G2120 3.1GHz
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 650 (Non-Ti) 1GB GDDR5
RAM: G.Skill Value Series 4GB 1333MHz (Will upgrade to 8GB like a month after I build the computer)
Games will be stored on a 60GB Agility3 SSD
Should I wait until I upgrade the parts or should 3D games like FFX do just fine?
FFX will run fine on that setup, old one or new one, both will be fine.

They won't always be fast, but mostly should run fine.
Definitely the type of machine that would often need Speedhacks and lower internal res, though.
