I needs good configure for my PCSX2.
If I use the magical attacks in the game FFX fps speed drops to 30 (normaly-60fps)

Then your 1GB graphics card must be a weaker one.
That, or you just have the internal resolution up too high. Try lowering it, possibly as low as native.
Is there a good setup out there that will run Def Jam Fight for New York flawlessly with: Processor AMD Phenom II X6 and Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 560 Ti?
I don't know the game personally, but I hear it is kind of heavy. Sounds like your system should be enough for playability with Speedhacks, though.
That's what I gathered from
this thread.
In general, your setup is fairly decent for PCSX2. You will find yourself needing Speedhacks often to get/keep good speed with some games, especially with a lower CPU clockrate. There will still be games that will not have good enough speed with that CPU either way, so don't be surprised if you do encounter a few.
Hi everybody, here's my problem: I tried a few games but i'm experiencing lots of problems on graphic side: fps always around 20/25, bad clipping, slowdows during FMVs...
My pc specs:
Intel Core 2 Duo CPU E6550 @ 2.33 GHZ 2.33 GHZ
RAM 2gb, graphic card NVIDIA GEFORCE 8600 GT.
I know it's quite outdated stuff but could you please give me a nice configuration, more performing and lesser "good looking"?
Your specs are generally enough, but not for every game.
That GPU might not handle much beyond
Native res most times, and some games may even be pushing it at that.
Your CPU is of a decent enough kind, but definitely on the slower side (2.33Ghz). You will need to apply some Speedhacks in most cases to reach/maintain full speed, but this
will not always be possible.
For further advice, please:
- Start a "New Thread" in 'General Discussion and Support (Windows)'.
- Include your system specs in your first post. The specific model numbers of your CPU and GPU are great, but you can find out a bit more with programs like CPU-Z and GPU-Z. For example, if you could also check the Data Rate (DDR) of your GPU, that would help to indicate just how decent it actually is.
- Post screen-shots of your PCSX2 settings. Stuff like your Plugins, Video (GS) - Plugins settings... and your Speedhacks tab in the Emulation Settings (perhaps even the EE/IOP and VUs tabs, if you have messed with them). Anything else you've changed from default would be good to at least mention, but these are what usually matter most.
- It's rough when it's every game you've tried, but at least mention the names of some of them. Emulation will vary greatly between games. So for a number of reasons, say the names!!!
- Last, but not least, make your problem clear.
- If your issues be with speed (FPS), state what FPS you are getting when the slow-down occurs, and also maybe a bit about what's going happening on-screen (lots of characters, heavy graphics, etc...). If possible, also state what the EE% and GS% (on the titlebar of the game window) are at when the slow-down occurs, but be sure Speedhacks are DISABLED for this.
- If your issues are that of graphics, a screen-shot may say it all. You should also consider trying a Software Renderer (toggle with F9 during gameplay), as that may currently be the only way to fix that issue.
- If you're having trouble working the emulator and/or getting a game to boot, make sure you've read over the Official Configuration Guide (English), looked over the Frequently Asked Questions (F.A.Q.), and checked the Compatibility List for your game(s).
- If you are having some speed/lag issues, and are playing directly from your PS2 disc, consider making an image (ISO) of the disc for better performance. If you are having issues with a game booting, make sure you've used something reliable to make that image, like ImgBurn.
This should help you to get your answers faster. Just do your best to include all relevant information if you need to start a thread.

Is there any information yet about how the new AMD A8-3850 handles PCSX2 compared to previous AMD processors and video cards?
The new AMD Fusion APUs are stated to be about on the Athlon II level. The graphics unit is an HD 6550D (IIRC), that should come in as a fairly suitable minimum GPU for PCSX2. You will want decent system RAM for allocation, though. And don't always expect the high resolutions.
My specs:
CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 640 Quad Core, 3000MHz, socket AM3, Box
Mobo: ASRock 880G Pro3
VGA: HD4250
DDR: KingMax FBGA Mars 2GB DDR3 1600MHz CL9 x2 (4GB - 1GB dedicated to VGA = 3GB DDR3 free)
HDD: Samsung 500GB SATA-II 7200 rpm 16MB SpinPoint F3
PSU: Sirtec - High Power Element Power 500W
Case: Nox Midi Tower NX-2
How well will this emulate ps2 games? Will it play them at least 50FPS? Will the games be playable?
I will buy a videocard with 1GB DDR5 256-bit, but until than, I must wait a little time so I get the money, so until than, this is my pc... how well is it performing with ps2 games?
(resolution in 640x480 or 800x600 , I don't want bigger res for ps2 games...)

Most games will run smoothly with new video card.
But it can't be told about all PS2 games.
Integrated video won't let you play a GPU intensive games.
AMD @3Ghz will be a bottleneck in some games like Tekken 5, GT4 and others. So it will be wise to OC it.
