Windows at post 442, linux -- compile it youself or ask me, I add new version to svn if needed.

lol. how to apply it? i tryed putting it in the plugin folder. but doesnt work ( i dont see it in the configure window.) what to do ?

when i try to enter config i see error:
"plugin load failure: ?(adrees of the dll) SysLibError massage: <null>
