Changing the highlighted value to 40000000 fixes it, and yes it had to be such a high value, I was increasing it slowly and it dissapeared only after 3FFXXXXX so I play it safe and I put it on 40000000.
OH~~~ Good Job~!!!. I missed IT~
Thank You VIRGIN KLM
That's great. Apparently, there's 9 more PS2 Tiger Woods games... cause, you know, sports and all.
It's probably the same engine.
Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2001
Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2002
Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2003
Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2005
Tiger Woods PGA Tour 06
Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07
Tiger Woods PGA Tour 08
Tiger Woods PGA Tour 09
Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10
No idea if the latter ones contain widescreen, or who can be bothered to patch all of them, so whatever.
Panzer Elite Action - Fields of Glory does not need a render fix. Those things like the ground or objects getting transparent is a bug of 4:3 too, it has nothing to do with missing geometry, visualy it's not the same either. Anyway my point is that it's a bug of the game as is and it's not very frequent or annoying.
Okay, only Neopets: The Darkest Faerie and Smuggler's Run need a render fix now. Just these two games.
Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2002 (NTSC-U)
Comment: I have a feeling that on Demo Mode it loads on random-ish addresses the fov/field for each stage. I experienced 3 stages with different addresses the follow though the same pattern if anyone wants to give it a shot. BTW, may a tell you that the game is broken on PCSX2? Yeah... Anyway.
EDIT:Fixed a tiny typo on the hack.

Also:
Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2003 (NTSC-U) (SLUS-20572)
and
Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2005 (NTSC-U) (SLUS-21002)
plus
Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10 has Widescreen option on it's settings.
Also question:
Aren't Letterboxed widescreen games (Resident Evil 4, Beyond Good & Evil...) wasting resources from fillrate that is not used? Wouldn't it be better to patch those too?

NTSC-K
Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2004
It's a another Widescreen hack. No needs render fix
(VIRGIN KLM said that Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2002's render fix is something strange. then make it)

Issue: Character Creation/In-Menu models are stil 4:3 and I can't seem to find the address responsible for it. I might need help on that.

I'm assuming those double commas at the bottom are mistakes too, so I fixed those for the archive.
Also, for those 2 letterboxes games, you can simply zoom in and it'll be perfect widescreen. I made a note on how to do it in the archive readme.

Anyway here's the NTSC-U patch (maybe somebody can port it for you), if you really concentrate in a very high resolution like 3x you will notice on the last 10 pixels on the sides of the screen some minor stuff (rarely) start to dissapear so it could use a render fix but I doubt anybody would notice, I was really lucky I did, so it's worth including as is on the archive.

Thanks, much appreciated!
