21:9 patch. Starting with Ace Combat 4 ideally.

This is the current widescreen patch for it:

If anyone can tell me how I go about converting these to 21:9, please let me know as I've struggled to understand the tutorials and got nowhere with them.

ELF Search Tool v1.05.exe
and import
SLUS_212.99
file from iso game

and after in first box of
ELF Search Tool v1.05

put the first code for example
AEF71C44 9A494044 CDCC4C3F 0AD7233C
and in the second
the code that you have to remplace
AEF71C44 AEF71C44 CDCC4C3F 0AD7233C

down select pnach
click in search
and there you will have your code

Uhhh, where do I get the ELF? I thought you only needed ELF"s if you are trying to run patches on a real console... which I am not.
Also, how does that result in a 21:9 code? Those are the same 16:9 values as far as I can see.

First, I want to thank every patch creator for their hard work creating, perfecting and porting patches.

My only suggestion would be organizing a Github repository for Widescreen patches to better version managing. Relying on the forum search engine is messy and user's compilations quickly become outdated. Plus, since cheat codes doesn't have version number, you can't quickly recognize outdated pnach without comparing the content or metadata.

How would one go about converting a 16:9 pnach to 21:9 (3440x1440). Would greatly appreciate any guidance and step by step how to go about it.
