Looking for speed modifier values to play at 50fps in Midnight Club 2, I stumbled upon these widescreen ones by chance. Since the ones in the "patches.zip" file don't work, I'm posting them here, both for the European and American versions. Copy them to the "patches" folder so that the emulator reads them first.

I think this is the thread to put the patches and include them in the repository, if not, tell me which one please.
They are Arapapa and ElHecht patches that I have modified the crc and sles since they are PAL Spain and I have verified that they work correctly in this versions.

Hi, has anyone done patches for Gran Turismo 4 480i and 480p modes? the game supports 16:9s for these resolutions mods but it's anamorphic, only 1080i enables real 16:9.
Widescreen is always anamorphic for SD modes.

You would have to change the internal resolution of the game, which is not easy (There's a lot to adjust more than just changing the resolution like VRAM regions and others).
Also displaying true widescreen down to the internal resolution is impossible on real hardware, due to the 720x480/576 standard.
