Is there any easy way to find an ELF hack if you have the widescreen value?

Please could someone help me create or find the wide patch for the games below:

I know the original japanese and the us version did.

Arctic Edge is already in widescreen. Put your ps2 in widescreen mode in the system menu. It can be forced to 480p with GSM though! Pretty neat game.

to say that this patch is only for games that don't have 16.9 option?
from what I understand even native games need the patch, 16.9
I use PCSX2 1.1 Rev 5363
with the case below tekken 5 that is compared in the images native 16.9 and 16.9 patch

They just stretch the ress to 16:9 is not real widescreen

FF12 NTSC-J has no widescreen option, it's something they added in US ver.. Not sure about Zodiac

@mjared you can probably find it with array of byte search in cheat engine
