It would help if you could link to that patch. But, since I don't remember doing anything SSEx specific the changes are valid to all GSdx versions. Why do I post only SSE2 builds? Cuz that works for everyone, so it's good enough for testing.
Nah, no need. It's simply that every custom build should be considered for testing purposes only.
As for the patch itself... the current one applies an offset to ST/UV coords alike. The patch just adds an offset option for each pair. And yes, it can help avoid messing with everything in some games.
For example, in Xenosaga, applying an ST offset fixes the hair but doing the same on UV will mess some overlays. So currently, to mess the hair you mess the overlay.
But even with this patch, if you need some UV offset and some other part that looks good also uses UV.. it will be affected too. Such cases would better be "attacked" by a CRC hack that affects that specific texture/effect.
Hi,
I have a question. Does the in game text shown on screen (like in the dialogues) pass through gsdx at some point still in their text form?
Dunno if it helps devs to address the issue but I found accidentaly this code helps you get rid of the light ray overlapping issue on Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix, you know that issue that Sun rays would appear even when sun is obstructed by something like a wall.
Code:
patch=1,EE,20352AF0,word,00000000
Nice, do the rays still show up then they should though?

The GS doesn't even know what text is.

I think you just get rid of them for good but it might help with a disassembler to find why and how this happens.
EDIT: It removes more stuff than just the ray, but it's a help to narrow down the issue.
Can we please have an option to change the binding for enabling shaders? I'm using the numpad extensively to play my games with a keyboard (yes, I'm not buying a controller just for that and I'm fine with it), and I'm constantly enabling shaders on and off by accident because numpad 9 also corresponds to page up. A little .ini or whatever to change this keybind would be sweet.
Is it possible to make negative values for TC offset hack? I guess it can help in Persona 3 (and 4) with blinking eyes glitch, when Texture Filtering is On for both 2D and 3D.
No TC offset:

TC offset is 500 for Y.

In Battlefield 2 Modern Combat, the game menu, and in game, the screen goes dark using the plugin GSDX11 hardware, but in software mode it is possible to play, but the game is quite slow. Please can fix this? For a year I use PCSX2, and I can play games perfectly Obscure 2, God of War 2, Mortal Kombat Armageddon, Shadow of the Colossus without bugs. I get the 60 FPS (in Battlefield 2 Modern Combat) in the game GSDX Hardware but as I said, the screen goes dark. Sorry for my bad english, I'm brazilian.
