Where do you find DS4Tool 1.3 RC3 ?

Checklist:

-are you using an official ds4 controller?

-are you wired or bluetooth?

-if bluetooth, are you using correct bluetooth stack?

The DS4 controller that came with my ps4, so yes it is official. I'm using wired.

Edit: Oops, nevermind. Tried restarting, checking connection cable for faulty-ness, or installing microsoft xinput drivesrs?

Are you tried to "Force install" driver?
I did try to restart. I also tried different cables and usb ports and I've installed the microsoft drivers.
Tried the force install too.

Did a Windows 8.1 update break this? I can't seem to get it to work correctly, after working perfectly for the last 150 or so hours.
It detects the controller, and apparently works, but the buttons are assigned wrong. The square button is assigned to A, and the two triggers seem to work as the x-axis of the right analog stick.

If I try and use the controller without the tool circle is assigned to what the A key would be, so it is taking control of the controller.
